Not quite sure what you mean by that.
Otherwise everything should be working in the settings as far as I know for firefox.
I tried installing palemoon but its taken hours to compile and I gave up :p

Pale moon and firefox is almost the same. Pale moon is a faster version. If it works for FF it will work for Pale Moon.
As for the dynamic part it will not accept code like this;

I left the < out since it will work in posts but not the signature area.

Once you click save it should update using img src="link"
And it doesn't look like bbcode isn't implemented to work at all in sigs.
