Hello

Is anyone interested in the commonwealth games?

If so, can you give me a little guide on what to watch?

I've been watching some of it. I'd just say go on BBC1 and just watch whatever is on as there usually is something good on.

Canadian medal count would be way up there then.... ;-)

I've not watched any of the Commonwealth Games yet but I'll definitely watch the cycling when it's on because I'm a massive cycling fan. =P

Winter Games are part of the main Olympics. I don't think there's enough countries in the Commonwealth that are used to having snow to make it worthwhile.

There have been 3 commonwealth winter games in the past.

There was one planned in India for 2010, but was cancelled.

And that's the whole idea.. We would almost have a clean sweep in golds... mwhahaha

Wow, Australia seem to be stretching out now, 28 golds, England and Scotland doing well though :D

Spent most of my evenings for at least an hour or two each day watching the games. It's been really good so far, thoroughly enjoyed it and so glad England are top of the medals table with only 1 day left. =)
