Legacy Mode!

Legacy Mode has been in RuneScape 3 since Monday 14th July.

What are people's opinions on Legacy Mode?

It took me a long time to get used to EoC when it was first introduced into the game a few years ago and I never really used to enjoy Slayer before EoC but I've really gotten into using abilities and training combat and at this points, I really don't think I'd ever use Legacy Mode. Maybe to play a few minigames with friends/groups but not on a regular basis.

I'm a little lost why they have re-added it. I think it's to draw people back from OSRS.

I don't use it but Jagex has done a pretty impressive job with getting the interface like it used to be

Love legacy mode with magic. Massive destruction and damage again with ancients. Muahhahahaha

Legacy is great for Airuts :p

I like that theres a choice, and that you can switch between, EOC is great for certain things, But Legacy also has its perks, it gives the game a bit of its nostalgia back, while adding a certain genasaqua in terms of choosing the right mode for the things your doing.

The choice is nice, it has brought a few of my old school friends back into the game.. its funny though cause they now like using EoC XD

I had all but stopped playing RS, due to the EoC, I just couldn't use the layout very well, I found it confusing and slow.

I have signed in after some 90days of last being logged in and put on legacy mode, I wish they could have it with the updated transparent updates, but I will be able to play RS again. Yay!

You can still edit some Transparency and settings in the graphics and setting options. Hit escape and use the tools there!
