I am going to make an ambitious set of goals that I hope to achieve which is to get every single skill to just 1 XP to 99 by the time next year's Runefest happens. I'm going to have to do some pretty sexy lamp work to make this work so i'm gonna make a more conservative goal of having 10 skills to be 99'd at Runefest 2015.
